Ladies and Gentlemen,

      On behalf of the Jordan Group Company, the operator of the Galaxy Hotel and Jordan Guest Rooms, we are pleased to invite you to participate in a specialized industry forum discussion, which we would like to establish as monthly meetings among esteemed hoteliers from Krakow. The aim of our forum is to exchange views on current topics related to the hotel industry, foster more effective collaboration among Krakow hotels, and initiate proposals addressed to the authorities of the City of Krakow and the Małopolskie Voivodeship. We hope that together we can develop the idea of the Krakow Hotel Directors Club. We envision each meeting of the Directors Club to be preceded by an interesting lecture or presentation by a representative from the realms of culture, science, public administration, politics, sports, the Church, trade unions, political parties, associations, and others.

     We would be very grateful for any suggestions regarding invited speakers and interesting, current topics. We will do everything in our power to ensure that the individuals you recommend accept our invitation and speak at the Club meeting. We anticipate that future meetings will also take place in other Krakow hotels, and the hotels – Club Members – will graciously invite us into their premises. We hope that you will accept our proposed formula for financing refreshments during Club meetings, based on a contribution fund of 25.00 PLN per person, collected through payments by Club members before each meeting.
